VoIP/Analog Enabled PBX Configuration
Sale, installation, configuration, and support of PBX with Voice over IP and Analog interfaces.
We provide detailed and custom configuration of PBXs for use with internal extensions, external VoIP trunks, external analog trunks, external digital trunks, and other PBXs. We work closely with our clients to make the PBX become everything they need.
Dial Plan and Digital Receptionist Design
Design and implementation of custom dial plans and digital receptionists.
The dial plan is used to define the best trunk or line for a call (based on cost), the extension range, the call forwardings, the fax numbers, the external numbers, and much more... the dial plan is the life of the PBX. The Digital Receptionist is the Voice of the PBX, is the way that the PBX let your callers know what to dial for the options that you make available. Both of this features have to be designed with logistic and efficiency. We have the knowledge needed to design them.
Network Optimization for Voice and Video over IP
Optimization and segmentation of networks to support voice and video over IP. 
We help our clients optimize their network for the traffic generated by voice and video over IP, we can also create an infrastructure if the client does not have one. A VoIP enabled network does not have to be expensive, that is where optimization comes to play. 

 

Extensions and Faxes Installation and Configuration
Extensions and Faxes need to be configured in the PBX and in the Dial plan so the PBX can use them.
We can map the phone numbers to the faxes or direct access extensions. Or use special devices (Analog Telephone Adapters) so the faxes can have their very own analog line.
Cellular Phone (GSM Only) Integration
We can integrate most GSM enabled cell phone networks to your PBX, to take advantage of the In-Network Free Calling service that most cell-phone providers offer.
